About the Training:

The course objectives include:

• Identify the most significant differences between the 2015 and the 2018 IRC.
• Explain the differences between the current and previous edition.
• Identify changes in organization and code requirements.
• Identify the applicability of design, plan review and inspection requirements.

Roger is an ICC instructor, retired contractor and building official with experience in building, plan examination, and inspections. He has a BS in Industrial Education and a Associate degree in Applied Science and Building Inspection Technology.
